Master’s of Arts (M.A.) in Conflict Transformation:
The M.A. in Conflict Transformation is designed to train reflective researchers and practitioners in the design, application and advancement of family, community, or-ganization and national conflict resolution and post-conflict recovery strategies. The M.A. program focuses on pragmatic approaches to problem solving and post-war constrains intrinsic in human social relations. The M.A. program consists of a 12 course and a 6 credit hours thesis project (48 credits) sequence that includes practice skills, field placement, research design, and program evaluation.

The Diploma in Conflict Transformation is de-signed to provide professionals with skills develop-ment on accepted conflict resolution methods and tech-niques aimed at improving the skills of the practitioners. The Diploma in Conflict Transformation consists of a 15 course (48 credits) sequence that includes practice skills, field placement, research design, and program evaluation.
